This client is actively seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their team to work on high-end, refurbishment projects in the residential and leisure sector on projects circa £100million.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Overseeing the fit out and refurbishment process from start to finish.
• Managing a team of Site managers and sub-contractors, whilst reporting into the Project Manager.
• Weekly progress meetings
• Managing daily activities in respect of Health & Safety and Quality and Programme.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience of being a strong number two on site who has worked on high-end, refurbishment projects of a similar value.
• Driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual
