Role Overview:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience of our students. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive school setting. The Graduate Teaching Assistant will assist in delivering high-quality lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and help create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Support the planning and implementation of educational activities and projects.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and a desire to make a positive impact on their education.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
