SEN Teachers Needed In Ealing (Primary, Secondary, and Post 16)

ARP: Alternative Resource Provisions are separate from Mainstream schools to support children and help them achieve the best of their abilities.

Positions Available:

  • Primary SEN Teacher
  • ARP Teacher
  • Secondary SEN Teacher
  • Post 16 SEN Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic support.
  • Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and motivate students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Team Teach: Experience with positive behavior support strategies and techniques.
  • Attention Autism: Familiarity with the Attention Autism approach to engage students and develop communication skills.
  • SEND Experience: Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly those with ASC, ADHD, MLD, and other complex needs.
  • Resources: Makaton or PECS
