Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Cleaner/Labourer to join our team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order on our construction sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties on construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
• Assist with the unloading and moving of materials and equipment.
• Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
• Support tradespeople and other site staff as required.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid driving license.
• Must possess a valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
