Job Role: Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Package

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our client's team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in commercial and retail projects, mainly duct work and boiler replacements and you are ready to oversee significant ventures ranging from £500k to £10 million, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise projects, including duct work and boiler replacements, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Client Projects: Work on high-profile projects for clients such as M&S, Tesco, and various airports.
• Office-Based with Flexibility: Primarily office-based in Blackburn, with occasional opportunities to work from home as required
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams effectively, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial and retail projects.
• Certifications: Ideally, you will hold NHC, SMSTS, and Gas Safe certifications.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
