Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior member within the Commercial department, you'll be responsible for controlling cost elements of a project including planning, change, forecasting and reporting.
Supporting the project and pre-construction teams in delivering full project commercial management input including tender and feasibility advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre & Post Construction management.
- Contract review with client
- Management of reporting and monitoring on cost
- Cost / budget / margin projection
- Cash flow management
- Profit/Margin and risk input
- Negotiations and adjustments
- Contractual compliance
- Sub-contractor negotiation, appointment, and management
- PO's and Supplier payment
For this role we are seeking:
Experience
- Of NEC, JCT, Bespoke and D&B contracts
- Proven experience as a Senior QS
- Of working as Principal Contractor
- Of Large Projects
Qualifications:
- HNC/D minimum
- QS/Commercial Management qualifications
- CSCS Card
- MRICS or relevant professional membership
