Our client is a prominent tunneling and civil engineering specialist, renowned for delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role

We are currently looking to recruit several experienced Traffic Marshals in HS2 Long Itchington.

You must hold a valid CSCS along with your Traffic Marshal certificate or ticket.

You must hold a valid TSTS (Tunnelling Safety Training Scheme)

This role is starting ASAP and will be approximately 1 years and 9 months work for the right candidate. With the potential to continue work at different location.

As a Traffic Marshal you will be undertaking the following tasks

• Directing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians to ensure safety and prevent congestion. This includes stopping and starting traffic as necessary.
• Controlling access to the site, ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the premises. This may involve checking credentials and logging vehicle movements.
• Using radios or other communication devices to coordinate with site managers, security personnel, and other traffic marshals to relay information and instructions.
• Ensuring all traffic management measures comply with health and safety regulations.
• Setting up and maintaining road signs, cones, barriers, and other traffic control devices to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely through or around the site.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS & Traffic Marshal certificate/ticket.
• Valid TSTS (Tunnelling Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• Valid SCM (Safety Critical Medical).

This position is available immediately and offers approximately 1 year and 9 months of work, with potential for continued employment at different locations.
