Finance Administrator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator with construction sector experience. The main responsibility is inputting invoices into our clients bespoke database system.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Accurately input invoices into the database.
Data Entry: Maintain and update financial records.
Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
Vendor Liaison: Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers.
Documentation: Keep organized financial transaction records.
Support: Assist the finance team with administrative tasks.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
Audits: Assist in preparing for audits.
The work will be based at offices of a large new build commercial project in Cardiff, close to Junction 32.
The position is initially for 3 months with a posibility of a permanent position or long-term contract.
