As an IT Change Administrator, your role will be instrumental in guiding and orchestrating the seamless execution of change processes for this organisation’s clients overseeing the progress of numerous change requests.
The successful IT Change Administrator will have:
- Several years of experience in a change management role.
- Proficiency in using service management toolsets I.e: Remedy, Cherwell
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to hold an SC Security Clearance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Adherence to ITIL best practices and ISO certifications (ISO9001, ISO20000, ISO27001).
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities.
