Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Primary School Teacher in Telford. You will join a school committed to providing a nurturing and enjoyable environment where children are inspired and encouraged to develop life skills, learn, and thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the UK national curriculum for Year 3 pupils.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and pupil engagement.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for pupils.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
  • Uphold the school's values and ethos, promoting respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 3 students.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
  • A collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
