As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will contribute to supporting and casework across:

• Complex transactions
• Leasehold – both tenant and landlord
• Commercial plot sales

With a solid team structure of 5 Partners, an Associate, 1 Admin Support and a Trainee (every 6 months), this commercial real estate team offers a wealth of experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate providing a professional and efficient service.

As a Commercial Property Paralegal, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting solicitors with the day-to-day running of files; organising files and ensuring good file management
• Carrying out searches, reviewing results and identifying any issues that arise
• Preparing short reports on leases, contracts and other ancillary documents as well as straightforward reports on the title.

  
The Commercial Property Paralegal will have the following:

• Have 6 months minimum of experience working in a law firm environment with prior commercial property exposure.
• Be competent with operating IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Have a high level of attention to detail.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be driven to deliver all tasks in a timely manner and have proven experience in working under pressure.
