Ground Maintenance Operative
Salary: 11.44PH
Hours: 25 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
At CC Cousins we are looking for a GM Operative/ litter picker to maintain our site at County Square in Chelmsford, responsibilities for this role:
- Cleaning kerb lines
- Maintenance of hedges and green spaces
- Use of leaf blowers, mowers and hedge clippers and trimmer.
- Litter picking around site units, car parks and service yards.
- Litter picking hedges and shrubbery.
The role is stationary so you will not need to travel to any other location.
Desirable skills include
- Previous experience in a similar role
- competent use of mowers and strimmers
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and manage your own work flow
- Polite and friendly manner.
