We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to join one of our amazing schools.
Responsibilities:
- Support the emotional and educational needs of students.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide a nurturing environment.
- Assist in developing and delivering personalized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEMH students or in a similar educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development are a plus.
