An independently owned, multi-disciplined construction consultancy firm are looking for a bright Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will join a close-knit team of 4, to support a variety of exciting refurbishment projects, predominantly within the retail market.

The Building Surveyor will not only be exposed to the full scope of professional services, but also have the opportunity to contribute to a range of project management services.

This role is ideal for a dynamic Building Surveyor who's looking for further variety, wide industry exposure, and the perfect environment for APC progression.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have a level of experience within the retail sector behind them (not essential).

  • Project management experience is beneficial
  • MRICS chartership or on the APC pathway preferably
  • A driven and self-motivated individual
