Job Title: Technical Architect

Location: Southampton Area

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 DOE

Due to some very exciting new projects, our client is seeking a Technical Architect to join their team in Southampton. If you have a strong technical background and are passionate about residential and mixed-use projects, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll oversee the practical elements of projects, ensuring efficiency and guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects. Experience in contract and project management would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the practical elements of residential and mixed-use projects
• Ensure efficiency and provide guidance on environmental and regulatory aspects
• Collaborate with the design and build technical team
• Produce high-quality working drawings that adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in design implementation
• Utilize NBS specifications to maintain accuracy and consistency in project documentation

Key Attributes & Skills Needed:

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the UK
• Proficiency in RIBA Stages 3-6, with a strong understanding of the architectural process within CDM procedures
• High proficiency in Revit
• Extensive experience in detailing
• Proven ability to produce high-quality working drawings
• Familiarity with NBS specifications
