As a Home Manager, you can look forward to an annual salary ranging from £70,000 to £78,000. In addition, you'll have the chance to earn a quarterly bonus of up to 30%. This role also offers comprehensive training and development opportunities to support your career progression.

  • As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team.
  • You'll provide outstanding, personalised care to residents, always prioritising their needs and wellbeing.
  • You'll manage all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities and managing budgets.
  • You'll ensure regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas.
  • You'll develop strong internal and external relationships, strengthening the company's brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

  • Be ready to register with the regulator and be willing to occasionally work out of hours or evenings.
