We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing company who are the UK’s no’1 supplier within their field. They have rapidly grown since establishing 5 years ago, this opportunity is to join their customer services team. You will gain a technical knowledge of their products and support customers through their sales journey. This position is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm in the office. The ideal candidate would have been in a role which required a technical knowledge previously and have experience within a customer service role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers via email and online chat platforms regarding products.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs and applications.
  • Actively participate in online forums and groups to answer questions, provide technical insights, and foster a positive brand image.
  • Analyse and interpret technical data and documents.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of customer interactions on database.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures.


Skills and experience required:

  • A background within a customer service role, technical sales support, IT helpdesk or coordinator role required.
  • Ability to commute to workplace(must drive due to location)
  • Confident and competent with Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
