Our client are a leading, super prime property development company renowned for its unrivalled reputation across Surrey for building prestigious homes of the highest quality.

They currently have a requirement for a an experienced and skilled Project Manager to head up a 16,000sqft high-end mansion in Surrey. Featuring a leisure area containing a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym, to an extremely high level of interior specification.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a prestigious project, managing a team of contractors and suppliers to deliver a luxury property that meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Responsibilities:**

* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
* Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders
* Lead and manage a team of contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Identify and mitigate project risks, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed
* Collaborate with the commercial department in managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process
* Ensure client satisfaction and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle
* Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation

**Requirements:**

* 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in high-end client build residential construction
* Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects, with a focus on luxury residential builds
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, Asta or similar
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
* Valid CSCS card and relevant health and safety certifications

**Desirable:**

* NVQ or Degree certification
* Experience with luxury property development companies
* Knowledge of local building regulations and authorities in Surrey
