Job Title: Groundworks Supervisor (Street Works)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor with a strong background in street works to oversee our upcoming urban development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the groundwork, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of groundworks teams engaged in excavation, pipe laying, concreting, and other street works.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor, particularly in street works.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation is essential.
