Business Development agent - Commission only

This is a commission only job role.

We are a recently established international freight forwarding business, registered in the UK, offering a comprehensive service to clients throughout the world. We are not restricted to just the UK market – we have a worldwide client base with carefully selected oversea agents, to assist us with any enquiry or trade-lane required.

We are seeking highly motivated, highly dedicated Business Development agents to take our business to the next level.

• We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, and you will receive an excellent commission package, designed to motivate and incentivise you to generate recurring business which our in-house team will operate for you, leaving you to concentrate on bringing in more clients and ensuring your efforts are directly reflected in your earnings. How much you want to earn, is up to you!
• You will provide initial quotations to the client with assistance from our dedicated team, offering comprehensive transport solutions, whilst also marketing our warehousing, distribution and consolidation services in the UK to a worldwide audience.
• You will develop, maintain and penetrate new domestic and international clients through your extensive knowledge and experience of Freight Forwarding, using all techniques available to you - cold calling, B2B/B2C mailing lists, personal contacts, with the focus on generating leads and turning call-backs into golden opportunities.

Once a new client has successfully been gained, you will create a customer report, detailing SOP requirements, services required and price structure (if applicable), passing over to our operations team to ensure we offer best-in-class customer service.

It will be your responsibility to develop, maintain and maximise business opportunities within your client base.

You will work 100% remotely and be expected to use your own equipment and tools to achieve your goals, but you will also have un-waivered support from our in-house team.
