We are working on a fantastic opportunity for someone to work as part of our client's successful Property Consultancy team which undertakes large scale condition surveys of affordable housing providers stock and provides asset management related consultancy advice.

You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and office support to our clients and surveyors.

As some of the work involves communicating with residents and surveyors to arrange appointments via telephone and email, excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to handle difficult calls at times.

This role could be a great development opportunity for someone with administrative experience looking for the next step in their career or seeking a new challenge in a role that can offer progression into other areas of the business.

Our client will consider part time and full time candidates but please note that due to the nature of the position, this role is office based and you will need to be available to work every day, Monday - Friday.
