About the Role:

Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a wonderful school in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be teaching the Reception class starting in September. Strong phonics teaching ability is essential for this role, as it is crucial in building the foundation of early literacy skills in young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons for Reception class
  • Teach phonics with strong ability and confidence
  • Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Strong phonics teaching skills
  • Passionate about early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
