SEN Teaching Assistant

Cover People are currently recruiting for a full time, SEN Teaching Assistant in an SEN School based in Manchester. The role will start ASAP.

The Role

Are you looking for a rewarding job in a Special Educational Needs environment? The school are looking for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to support young children with psychical needs as well as ADHD, ASD and SEMH in a safe and secure environment. If you are a confident teaching assistant and feel you can demonstrate this in this role; get in touch!

The candidate must have:

• 6 months experience working with children
• Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN and complex needs
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• DBS on update register
• References for last 2 years work history
• Up to date CV
