Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering & Construction sectors. A fast-growing International recruiter covering Construction, Civils, Infrastructure, Major Projects, Power, Nuclear, Biomass, Energy from Waste and Water industries, supporting our clients with contract and permanent placements.

The Role:

A role within the Engineering & Construction sector requires an outgoing, decisive, and overall positive attitude, due to the nature of the work and so the successful candidate will ideally have previous contract or permanent recruitment experience within any construction or engineering sector.

We are searching for a person that genuinely enjoys the sales environment and has the drive and determination to succeed. The successful candidate will be involved in the below:

• Sales to prospective clients throughout UK and Europe
• Establishing new contacts and sites with existing clients
• Identifying new business leads – full training provided
• Working closely with our Resource team to effectively place contract/permanent workforce
• Managing existing clients and existing projects

Experience within a prior 360 Recruitment Consultant position in any sector (preferably contract / temporary) and all of the following:

• Positive, outgoing, motivated and hardworking individual
