Walker & Sloan, on behalf of a distinguished client, is seeking a skilled, reliable, and efficient Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role encompasses handling projects at various stages, from inception through to completion, with project values typically ranging from £500k to over £5m. The responsibilities include traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in PQS roles.
- Expertise in Pre & Post Contract Duties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Relevant Quantity Surveying degree.
