We are excited to announce that we are recruiting Psychology Graduates for our partner school based in Ealing.

**Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant | Job Summary**

- **Pay:** Up to £100 per day (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
- **Contract:** Long-term contract beginning September 2024 till the end of the academic year
- **Responsibilities:**
- Offering group support and 1:1 support to students with SEN
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of tailored intervention sessions
- Supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of students
- Working closely with the SENCO and other staff to ensure each student's needs are met

**About You:**

- A recent Psychology graduate from a top UK university
- Passionate about supporting young learners with SEN
- Aspiring to become an Educational Psychologist or pursue a related career
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire students
- Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
