Service Delivery Consultant: Leeds

Approved Workforce, part of the Alliance Group, specialise in the supply of temporary contract labour to the construction industry, throughout the UK.

Our Trades and Labour division and specifically our service delivery team are looking to add to their team with a Service Delivery Consultant.

Ideally, with experience of the fast-paced nature of the temporary recruitment market and/or the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team focussed agency.

Main duties of the Service Delivery Consultant:

  • Managing incoming calls, distributing to the relevant department, or handling queries in a timely manner
  • Creating & Posting job adverts across various platforms including social media
  • Taking ad response, explaining job roles to candidates
  • Taking recent work references from new candidates
  • Checking references with previous clients, ensuring suitability to roles.
  • Matching labour to relevant jobs, sending to site ensuring they have full details.
  • Checking workers have arrived on site on the day of starting.
  • Account managing clients daily
  • Maintaining service levels with clients and candidates
  • Ensuring clients are happy with the labour supplied and build relationships from site level
  • Help to manage the day to-day plan of labour out on site.
  • Occasional site visits to engage further with clients and labour.
  • Maintaining compliance by requesting and attaching candidate compliance to CRM
  • Generating Key information documentation following booking
  • Following contractor finisher process via various methods including Telephone, Email & Post
  • Completing any additional duties as required by the team.
