Location: Commutable to Bristol

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000

Benefits: Car Allowance (£4,950), 7% pension, healthcare, 4x death in service, 26 days annual leave

The role of the Site Manager – Concrete Repairs will involve:

• Site Manager position dealing with a high quality range of concrete repair services
• Managing sites to achieve financial, safety, quality and environmental targets
• Regular liaison with Estimators to discuss pre-start planning
• Management of site staff, operatives, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Developing method statements, risk assessments, and other H&S documents
• Delegating tasks to engineers and site staff
• Liaise and meet with clients, consulting engineers, surveyors, and sub-contractors
• Order materials, plant and sub-contractors to site to ensure smooth running of projects
• Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to at all times
• Provide technical advice to site operatives
• Maintain and update all relevant documentation throughout projects

The ideal applicant will be a Site Manager – Concrete Repairs with:

• Must have Site Management experience within the Civil Engineering / Concrete Repairs / Formwork / Falsework / Bride Repairs / Highways market sectors
• Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
• Resilient individual that can overcome problems on site
• Full UK driving license
• Wants to take charge and be in control
• Confident and articulate
