About the opportunity:

Due to company expansion and healthy order books, our leading enabling works contractor is recruiting permanently for an experienced Document Controller to be permanently site based on projects throughout Central London.

Main duties will include:

  • Quality assurance for all documentation – Ensuring all information is compliant with project naming conventions and document control protocols
  • Revision and status control of all project documentation. Maintain and ensure integrity and accuracy of electronic documents and document registers
  • Maintain and ensure integrity and accuracy of electronic and hardcopy of documents
  • Effectively manage the flow of Project Information and maintain document distribution lists
  • Create and monitor workflows for consultants / design team documentation
  • Ensure full auditability of design coordination process for consultants design team
  • Create and monitor workflows for approval of Sub Contractors / Supplier documentation
  • Ensure full auditability of approval process for Sub Contractor / Supplier documentation
  • Generate reports within document control portal for project as required
  • Accurate retrieval of information, coordination of information for Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Project Handover
  • Assist with other projects and duties as required
  • Provide training and guidance of document control system for project teams (Internal and external)

About the Requirements:

In order to be considered for this opportunity, it is essential you have experience in using Aconex. It is also essential that you have a working knowledge of using Outlook, Word & Excel packages and previous site admin experience is required.

About the Benefits and Rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, we are targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £32,000 - £40,000 however there may be flexibility on this as specific salary will depend on experience and suitability.

Furthermore, travel expenses will be covered in addition to 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and other benefits associated with a large successful company.
