Position: Interim Estates Surveyor
Contract: Temporary (6 months, with potential for extension)
Role Overview:
- Manage and oversee property portfolios
- Conduct property valuations and negotiate leases
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies
- Provide expert advice on estate management
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in estate surveying
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
