We are seeking a skilled Manual Turner to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using hand tools and possess mechanical knowledge to operate machinery effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise basic maths skills to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Operate manual lathes and other machinery to fabricate components
- Perform tooling changes and adjustments on lathes as required
- Fabricate components with precision and attention to detail
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Manual Turner or similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and work independently on projects
- Attention to detail in fabrication processes
