The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be an essential part of a diverse range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers.
• Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration.
• Leading post-project review discussions.
• Actively contributing to the business's growth and development.

The Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or working towards such accreditation.
• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience across a range of build sector projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude and willingness to engage actively in project responsibilities.
