Site Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishments 

A successful, well regarded prime refurbishment and new build main contractor are seeking a Site Manager to help deliver on a £6 million refurbishment. 

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that have delivered some incredibly complex and valuable refurbishment schemes throughout Prime Central London and Surrey.

They’re current turnover sits around £30 million, with a solid tenure of their current team and project pipeline extending into 2026 – they’re in a great place. 

They also cherry pick their work, so you’re not sat on a project that has been won by under-pricing the job, constantly battling site teams and subcontractors – there is profit built in for every element of the supply chain, creating a more collaborative working environment.

The Site Manager role 

Prime London refurbishment experience is essential.

You’ll be based on a £6 million refurbishment near Hyde Park, the projects got around 7 months remaining. Joinery packages, stonework packages and final fit out and finishes remain. 

The Site Manager Requirements 

Prime residential refurbishment experience 

A good understanding of fit out and high end finishes. 

Carpentry background preferred

In return 

£55,000 - £65,000
