T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for our client based in Coalville, Leicestershire  on a permanent basis.

Contracts Manager Job details and Benefits;

• £45-50k per annum dependant on experience.
• 7.30am – 4.30pm Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week plus weekend’s if wanted.
• 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
• Travelling to various Construction site’s, company vehicle provided.

Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities;

• Project Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring all trades work harmoniously towards the common goal.
• Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures, negotiate contracts, and work with the office management team to implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the construction process meet or exceed industry standards and comply with legal regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams and office management, facilitating clear and effective communication to keep all parties informed of project status and developments.

Contracts Manager Person Specification;

• Proven experience in contract management or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various construction sites as required.
