Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cost estimates and budgeting
- Preparing and managing tender documents, contracts, and variations
- Providing advice on financial and contractual matters
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a rail environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Relevant degree or professional qualification
- NEC Contract Knowledge and experience
