Your future employer is offering an excellent opportunity to join their growing team in the vending and coffee industry as a Field Service Engineer. The package includes a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, along with benefits such as 23 days of holiday (plus bank holidays), unlimited overtime, flexible working hours, and door-to-door rates of pay. With unlimited overtime available, the expected on-target earnings are within the range of £34,000 to £37,000.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous engineering experience working on vending machines, carrying out fault finding and routine maintenance with excellent customer service experience. 

Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer include:

•    Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of vending machines
•    Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs
•    Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers
•    Complete all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk
•    Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required

Required experience of the Field Service Engineer:

•    Minimum 1 years electrical engineering experience 
•    Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
•    A full, clean UK driver's license
