Registered Care Manager (Fixed Term 12 months) – Salary £38,440 – CH1 and CH66

Working for a national Charity across two fantastic Retirement Living Schemes, you will be covering 2 schemes, one in CH1 Chester the second in CH66 Ellesmere Port.

You must have at least 2 years’ experience of managing a similar Retirement or Supported Living facility as the Manager.  The Facilities are stunning and are both are 40 apartment schemes which are both rated as Good in all 5 areas by the CQC.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Registered Care Manager will provide a tailored, resident focussed and comprehensive housing management service.
• This will include void management, repairs, allocations, lettings and arrears collection.
• To be responsible for the efficient running of all areas of the service, to include housing management, maintenance, administration and catering.
• To ensure that the service is financially viable and to manage systems to ensure that the service works within its financial plan.
• To ensure that the service has a stable dedicated and competent team to deliver a consistent quality service to the residents.  Through effective use of policy, procedure and training, ensure that all staff are inducted, managed and supervised to enable them to maximise their potential through leadership, example, training and guidance. 
• Manage and monitor all cases where tenants fail to pay rent and / or Service Charges and to include agreeing affordable repayment plans.
• Lead on all scheme Health and Safety Compliance.
