Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (potentially higher depending on experience)

SMT Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader Overview
We are currently looking for a permanent SMT Manager for a electronics engineering company in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The business design and manufacture a range of complex PCBs for a variety of industries.
They are looking for an experienced SMT Manager / Team Leader / Supervisor who can manage a small team of SMT operatives, set up the computer controlled SMT assembly line, program SMT equipment and conduct AOI and visual inspection to IPC610 standards. They currently have Yamaha pick and place machines.
SMT Manager / Team Leader / Supervisor requirements:
- A strong background in SMT programming, operation and problem solving
- Some leadership / management experience
- Great communication and IT skills (ERP software)
- Experience training staff
