Zenith Advisory Partners are working with a dynamic and growing business with an annual turnover of £10 million in their search for a Finance Manager. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and their commitment to excellence. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their business forward. 

The Role: 

Reporting directly to the Finance Director and supporting the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be a key player in their financial team. This is a highly fluid role that offers a broad scope of responsibilities and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future. You will be involved in everything from producing management accounts, financial planning and analysis to assisting with strategic decision-making, ensuring that their financial operations are robust and support their growth ambitions. 
This role is fully office based so you must be willing to travel to site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to support decision-making by senior management.
• Manage cash flow
• Assist with leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assisting with the audit
• Collaborate with other departments to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Support the Finance Director in strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Benefits: 

• £45,000-£60,000 per annum (DOE)
