Transport Compliance Coordinator

Transport Compliance Coordinator required! My client is a transport, logistics, container, and warehouse specialist, providing their customers with end-to-end logistics solutions. Due to company growth, they are looking for a transport compliance coordinator with strong knowledge of drivers' hours and health and safety to join their team.

Transport Compliance Coordinator - Responsibilities

• Management of drivers' hours.
• Conduct regular inspections of the fleet, ensuring they meet safety standards and recording any defects.
• Keep up to date with changes in transportation laws and regulations and communicate these changes to the relevant departments.
• Ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely.
• Assisting with managing, motivating, engaging, and developing the Transport team as required.
• Undertaking Health and Safety duties.
• Support the transport manager with KPIs.

Transport Compliance Coordinator - Requirements

• Experience of driver compliance, tacho data and driver working hours regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Organisational and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Transport planning and route scheduling.
• IT skills - experience in compliance systems and Excel is desirable.

Remuneration

• Monday-Friday
• Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
