Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final phases of our super prime residential new build projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the finishing touches and details of our luxury homes meet the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all finishing activities on site, including finishes selection, installation, and quality control.
• Work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute the finishing vision for each project.
• Develop and maintain finishing schedules to ensure timely completion of work within budget.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any finishing-related issues that may arise during the project.
• Supervise a team of finishing professionals and provide mentorship and guidance as needed.

Key requirements: 

• Strong client interface track record 
• Strong knowledge and experience overseeing bespoke joinery, tiling and high-end finishes 
• Proven track record on super-prime schemes 
• Experience working for a main contractor / fit-out contractor
