CAD Technician

We are recruiting for a CAD Technician to join our well established client based in High Wycombe, who design and supply bespoke products. We are seeking a key player to join their expanding product design team and to work for a highly innovative successful company.
Skills:
- Full AutoCAD Capability and understanding and experience (ideally within the engineering sector)
- Have a flair for component design (in metal work desirable)
- Understanding of 3D printing and modelling using polymers (desirable)
- Knowledge of fabrication processes to influence design
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative and able to organise workload
- Team Player
- Good communication/presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the changes to drawings for the implementation of contract variations and manufacturing.
- Responsible for the production of accurate CAD drawings for the construction team as requested.
- Contribute to design collaboration across the business.
- Support the design Director on developing and integrating products with new builds or refurbishments.
