About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a dedicated and ambitious Registered Manager ready to step up into a Dual-Registration role. This is a unique chance to join a highly experienced team with 3 passionate Business Owners who are committed to running a Children's Residential business that stands out from the competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of dual-registered children's homes.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support a dedicated team of professionals.
- Implement and maintain best practices in residential care.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment for children and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of OFSTED regulations and standards.
- Passion for providing high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
