Outbound Sales Advisors (Full Time)

Location: Sheffield centre

Salary: £23,795.00 basic with monthly performance bonuses.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm. Weekends off.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing or potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided to ensure consistent messaging and compliance
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

Our ideal Outbound Sales Advisors have:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for success
