I'm working with a fascinating business that specialise in hospitality refurbishments and fit-out. For this company it's all about mirroring the hospitality culture; building relationships, providing a service with no grief, providing a solution and not a problem.
Currently turnover is £12m and the pipeline of work is staggering. They are actually turning work away.
The Role
The role would be all encompassing and you will be the one point of contact to solve all the client's problems. Initially there will be a lot of shadowing so you can learn the ropes.
- To have a friendly approach and consider solutions to problems not create them.
- Strive to give our clients quality, good clean handovers.
- Provide trouble free post completion service to rectify those niggles and additional items often asked for.
- Work intelligently, to budget and consider value engineering to enable the best return on our clients' investments.
Your role will be cradle to grave; scoping and surveying sites, estimating/tendering a project, procurement, site set up and delivery, client facing, managing variations, final accounts, aftercare.
