Satis Education are recruiting! We are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Pastoral and Behavioural Practitioner, for our client school in Stoke-on-Trent. The position is permanent and on a full-time basis and will commence in September 2024.

Our Client School in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to appoint a Pastoral and Behavioural Practitioner to join our dedicated staff as part of the school's new Alternative Provisions Centre. The Pastoral and Behavioural Practitioner will support the Centre Manager and liaise with Heads of Year/SENCO for identifying students who need additional support or intervention and provide mediation and restorative justice when staff and student relationships break down.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience of working with children of relevant age in a learning environment.
  • You should possess a drive to improve the achievement and standards of students and the ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and parents / carers.
  • You must be computer literate & organised.
  • Five GCSEs, including Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications).
