What You'll Do:

• Develop relationships with key decision makers within STEM industries.
• Execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various regions.
• Leverage our cutting-edge technology and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to understand their unique needs.
• Negotiate offers and close deals, contributing to the company's growth and success.
• Collaborate with our delivery teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Sell our full-service stack, including behavioural profiling, recruitment, and performance services via our award-winning digital software platforms available in 6 languages.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment, executive search, recruitment delivery, or sales within an associated industry.
• A consultative and solutions-oriented approach to client management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Drive, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (experience-based) + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 - £120,000).
