Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have extensive UK experience, with a strong background in super prime residential projects. As a Construction Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones for super prime residential projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and forecasts.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Utilize project management software to track project schedules and resources.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progression and address any issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner in the UK construction industry.
  • Strong background in super prime residential projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
