Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the finance function of the firm including leading a small team
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Implementation of improved financial reporting systems and controls
• Preparation of forecasts
• Oversee all transactional accounting operations
• Ad hoc reports and analysis for internal projects.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant, ACCA, ACA / ICAEW or equivalent
• Proven experience in managing or supervising accounts teams as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager / Director, Head of Finance or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• IT proficiency in financial software systems such as Xero, Iris etc plus strong MS Excel skills
• Proactive mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
