Winners Recruitment is partnering with a small independent car garage, in Falmouth, to find their next Receptionist/ Service Administrator.
As the Receptionist & Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued client, ensuring an excellent customer experience. While automotive experience is not required, administrative experience, a tech-savvy mindset and an eye for detail are essential. You will have the chance to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Handle phone calls and emails, handling enquiries, booking services and problem-solving.
Maintain accurate records and data entry.
Assist with administrative tasks to keep the garage running smoothly.
Qualifications/Experience:
Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer applications.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Ideally candidates will have experience within automotive industry
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 5.30 PM
Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £14.50 per hour DOE
